Take over a key role as a Part Time Barber Trainer in the Quality department and be a part of this exciting adventure of never-ending growth and success. 
 

What we expect from you:

● Conduct professional training sessions in grooming services including waxing, threading, basic hair care, hair and beard trim , manicure & pedicure and hygiene

● Build engaging, hands-on training content tailored to real-world field needs

● Monitor and evaluate skill progression, ensuring readiness for customer-facing roles

● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align training with company standards

● Provide a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment

● Maintain records of trainee development and progress

 

What we are looking for:

● 3+ years’ experience in grooming or beauty services, ideally with a training background

● Certification in cosmetology, beauty therapy, or grooming specialties

● Excellent presentation and communication skills in English (regional languages a plus)

● Patient, approachable, and experienced in coaching diverse trainee groups

● Available for part-time work with flexible hours, including occasional weekends
