You’ll open the doors that bring trusted healthcare into more people’s homes across the GCC. Every corporate account, affiliate, and wellness partner you sign is another family that gets quality care where they need it most. This is a build-it role: new channels, new partnerships, real ownership of growth in one of Justlife’s most important — and most human — verticals.
Justlife is the region’s leading super-app for home services, scaling fast across the UAE and KSA. We’re looking for a commercially driven Senior Account Manager who loves the hunt — someone who builds relationships from scratch, closes deals, and grows a healthcare partnerships book at regional scale.
What you’ll own
This is an outbound, sales-oriented role focused on new channels and partnerships — not maintaining an existing book. You’ll:
- Open new channels: Identify, pursue, and close new B2B partnerships across corporate accounts, affiliates, and wellness providers — building the pipeline and owning deals end-to-end.
- Build relationships: Build trusted, long-term relationships with partners and decision-makers, positioning Justlife’s healthcare-at-home offering as the partner of choice.
- Close & grow: Negotiate and structure commercial agreements that grow revenue while protecting service quality and partner trust.
- Shape the vertical: Bring market insight back to the business — spotting new channel opportunities and shaping how we expand the healthcare vertical across the GCC.
You’ll report partnership growth, pipeline, and market trends to senior management with clear, actionable insight.
What good looks like
In your first year, success means a strong pipeline of new partnerships, signed corporate, affiliate, and wellness deals that drive measurable revenue, and a growing, high-trust healthcare partner network that lifts the whole vertical.
What we’re looking for (must-have)
- 5–7 years in B2B sales, partnerships, or business development, with a proven track record of building relationships and closing deals — not just managing accounts
- Healthcare background preferred — and a genuine feel for a regulated, trust-critical space where care quality and compliance come first
- Commercially driven and partnership-minded, with strong negotiation skills and the hunger to open new channels
- A data-driven mindset and sound commercial judgment — comfortable turning metrics into decisions
- A bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
Nice to have
- Established relationships across the Dubai / UAE market — corporates, insurers, clinics, pharmacies, or wellness and fitness providers
- Familiarity with UAE/GCC healthcare licensing and regulatory bodies (e.g. DHA, DoH, MOH)
- Comfort using AI and automation tools to work smarter and move faster
